About

Stephen is an architect and design technologist. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon and also studied at the Institute for Computational Design and Construction (ICD) as a visiting student. While there, he contributed to the construction of the 2013/2014 Research Pavilion and played a key role in the design of the 2014 Leichtbau BW Installation.

He is currently the Project Architect at Speranza Architecture + Urban Design in Eugene, OR. Prior to joining SA+UD, Stephen was the Studio Design Computation Leader at NBBJ's Columbus, Ohio office. He has also worked for Office of Architecture in Brooklyn, NY.

Stephen is a studio instructor at the University of Oregon and has been a guest critic and lecturer at The Ohio State University. In Summer 2016, he hosted a workshop for the LCABCN Urban Design Program in Barcelona, Spain as a visiting professional.

Stephen is a Registered Architect licensed in the State of Oregon and is NCARB certified.
